Jiangsu Xinhe Agrochemical Co., Ltd. rolled out a serious of activities to impress manin responsibility priorities lists of safety production on staff in enterprise. CAC strengthened the awareness of responsibility in company and firmly adhered the bottom line of safe production. Several activities were organized to promote staff’s understanding of safe production during the activities.   

First, CAC improved ability of the risk prevention and emergency response through various activities including safe production training, risk analysis, carrying out customized security management training and watching safety warning video. Secondly, all these reports were published in both on-line & below the line channel such as Wechat or bulletin board to create full participation atmosphere in the plant.

CAC aimed to deliver the knowledge of safety laws and regulations to all employees and promote management ability of safety production through these training activities, especially led staff to reflect on themselves inappropriate actions in daily work via incident sample discussion, and set good educational lessons in the base.  

In future, CAC will continue focus on delivering safety production awareness to all corners of company and in-depth heart of employee.
